Herbs 101

Lesson 1:  Introduction

            This will be a required chat.  I will introduce the class to you as well as give you a list of supplies and materials you may need for this class.

Lesson 2:  Introduction to Herbs.

            This will cover the proper ways to harvest and dry fresh herbs.

Lesson 3:  Acorn, Angelica, Anise, Apple, Ash

Lesson 4:  Basil, Bay Laurel, Belladonna, Blessed Thistle, Bluebells

Lesson 5:  Camphor, Chamomile, Cinquefoil, Clover, Coltsfoot, Coriander

Lesson 6:  Daisy, Damiana, Dandelion, Delphinium, Dogwood

Lesson 7:  Echinacea, Elderflower, Elm, Evergreens

Lesson 8:  Fennel, Ferns, Flax, Frankincense

Lesson 9:  Garlic, Ginger, Goldenseal

Lesson 10:  Hawthorn, Heather, Hemp, Holly, Honeysuckle, Hyssop

Lesson 11:  Iris, Ivy

Lesson 12:  Jasmine, Juniper

            This class will be done in following manner.  Each herb will be broke down to be done over the matter of a week.  At the end of the week we will have a chat discussing the herb for that week and I will then give out assignments.

Lesson 24:  FINAL NO BOOKS/NOTES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FINAL EXAM!!!!!!
